Client Research Project:
Recommended targeting MBA

To bolster its presence and influence in the travel agency service sector, Ellipsis has set forth two key objectives: expanding its user base and fortifying its online presence. To effectively address these goals, we've conducted a comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of utilizing student ambassadors, identifying MBA students as the prime target demographic. Additionally, we've examined various marketing channels to identify additional avenues for advancement.

 

Throughout the project, my primary focus lay in providing an overarching view, ensuring consistency in designs and content across documents and presentations. This role allowed me to develop critical thinking, refine business communication skills, and hone my presentation abilities. Despite the wealth of information available on travel agencies, our team delved deep into research and leveraged professional data to furnish the C-level executives with a robust recommendation backed by ample evidence, paving the way for potential implementation.

Client Research Project:
Finding the next store opening

Our team has recommended Clementine's Creamery to consider opening new locations in Brookside, Broad Ripple Village, Crossroads, Old Louisville, and Butchertown. These locations have been chosen based on their similarity to the successful Demun location, which benefits from its proximity to colleges and schools, vibrant community atmospheres, artistic surroundings, and a target demographic consisting largely of women aged 21 to 50 with higher disposable incomes, making them more likely to indulge in premium micro creamery ice cream.

 

Through this group project, I've gained valuable skills in data collection and analysis, particularly in assessing potential locations for maximum revenue generation. By meticulously gathering data for each location under consideration, including factors such as foot traffic, demographic profiles, and local economic indicators, I honed my ability to identify the most promising sites for business expansion. This process involved not only compiling quantitative data but also conducting qualitative assessments of each area's suitability based on factors like community dynamics and market demand. As a result, I've developed a keen eye for evaluating location viability and optimizing business strategies for optimal outcomes.
